We understand that our existence opens us up to be used as a sort of tech support resource. We have gotten thousands of tech related questions. As we would be happy to try to help everyone, we simply don't have the time. Feel free to ask, but if you don't get a response, please don't be offended, it is astronomical of how many emails we get. As we do our best to answer them, contacts that have more directly to do with the site need to take first priority since it will be best to help the masses as we keep up and build Macinstein.
